Ristorante Villa Torre Bianca, run by Chef Giovanni Vitto, is located in what was originally the villa's stable - featuring a beautiful wooden ceiling, natural stone walls and large windows. Guests can enjoy a rotating selection of traditional Apulian cuisines, complimented by seasonal ingredients from the region.
