The resort is located in La Marmorata, about 5 km from the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura in the northern part of Sardinia. It sits on a promontory, offering stunning views over a long stretch of fine white sand, rocky coves, and the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, with the Archipelago of La Maddalena in the distance. The surrounding environment is picturesque, blending natural coastline, Mediterranean vegetation, granite rock formations, and beautiful sea vistas.

Beach: The resort boasts a private beach with fine white sand. Umbrellas and sunbeds are provided starting from the third row, with the prime first rows available at an extra cost. Access to the beach is via walking or a shuttle/golf-cart service from the resort.

ACCOMODATIONS
The resort has a total of 545 rooms, which were created through the renovation of the former Marmorata Village / MClub Marmorata. It consists of two main buildings: La Maddalena and Caprera. The Maddalena building houses many of the resort's services, such as the reception and main restaurants, while Caprera contains additional rooms. Room types include Superior rooms (with either garden or sea views), Superior Sea View rooms, Junior Suites, Junior Suites with Sea View, and Suites. Some rooms feature private terraces. All rooms are newly renovated, designed in a contemporary Mediterranean style, and equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibars, fridges, and private bathrooms.
