Each trip includes property presentation and site inspection, giving you the firsthand knowledge to confidently sell JOIA to your clients.

Program Investment

Covers program costs. Rooms are based on double occupancy. Airfare & transfers are not included. Additional meals and services (spa, golf, gift shop) are at the advisor's expense. Full payment due upon confirmation. Payments are non-refundable.

Venmo, Zelle, or Credit card. An additional 3.5% fee applies for credit card payments.

Required Registration

Star Agents Registration

All participants must be registered with the Iberostar Star Agents loyalty program before their FAM application will be approved. Registration is free and is a requirement for all advisors joining the 2026 familiarization series.
